Advertising was a vital part of dairys. Advertsing promoted their products, attracted new customers,and carried out public relation campaigns. Biltmore had a very large avertising campaign that was in full swing in the 1960's. Biltmore incorporated many avenues in their advertising campaigns. Biltmore promoted the health aspects of milk and also the sanitation level of the milk production process. Biltmore promoted the "Mom and Pop" stores that sold their products with signs posted at the stores. They also incorporated clocks and other signs in stores for promotional puposes. Almost all areas that could be utilized for advertising were put into use at Biltmore Dairy Farms.
